Enquiries and contact
When you email, call or request a consultation, the information you provide may include your name, contact details, company, project information and correspondence. We use it to respond, discuss your project and arrange the next steps. Please avoid including sensitive personal information that is not needed for your enquiry.
We process information needed to take steps at your request before entering an agreement, and otherwise rely on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and managing business relationships. Where a separate activity requires consent, it must be requested for that activity.
The contact form on this website
On the Netlify-hosted website, submitting the enquiry form sends your name, email address, company and optional project message to Netlify Forms for storage, spam filtering and access by the Propular team. We use this information to respond to your enquiry. Email notifications may be enabled for our team. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Interactive demonstrations
The apartment selections, shortlists and fictional CRM interactions on this review website are held in page memory and reset when the page reloads. The demonstration does not perform live buyer profiling, send CRM messages, take real reservations or process payments. Descriptions of the wider platform’s capabilities are separate from the limited demonstration.
Website hosting and external links
The downloadable website is hosted on Netlify; the review version is hosted through Sites. Hosting providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser details and access logs, to deliver and secure the service. This website’s application code does not add advertising pixels or analytics cookies.
Booking a consultation opens Cal.com. Visiting Instagram, LinkedIn or the UNO development website takes you to a separate service. Information you provide there is subject to that service’s privacy notice. The UNO case study also embeds a Vimeo player. Loading or playing it connects to Vimeo, which may process technical request information under its own privacy notice.
Recipients and retention
Enquiries are handled by the team members and service providers needed to respond and support the relationship, including email, hosting and scheduling providers. Contact us for information about the providers involved in your enquiry, processing locations and any applicable international-transfer safeguards.
We retain enquiry correspondence for the period needed to answer the request and handle related follow-up, taking account of whether a business relationship continues, whether a matter remains unresolved and any applicable legal record-keeping requirements. Contact us to ask about the retention or deletion of a specific enquiry.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need to verify your identity to protect your information.
